  • Can I reschedule or cancel party
    Yes of course if for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel the party we will be more than happy to help. Please note if canceling prior to 14 days before the event, the host can either receive a refund in full, minus a processing fee of $50, or rebook the event within 90 days of the original event date. If canceling within the 14 days prior to the event, the host can either receive a 50% refund or rebook the event within 90 days of the original date.
  • How are your products made?
    All our items are hand made by Artisans with the help of some tools and equipment. Because of this, slight variations in appearance may occur, making each product a unique work of art.
  • What payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Returns & Refunds
    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty item please email us immediately at info@TheAlchemistArtShop.com with your order number, description of the damaged item, and photographic evidence. Please do not return any items unless instructed to do so by us.
  • I have made an order and need to cancel before shipping
    f you make an order in error and fully complete it on site including payment, then need to cancel before the item ships, please email us as soon as possible on info@TheAlchemistArtShop.com including your order number (found on your order confirmation email). If your order has not been shipped out we will be able to refund the total paid by yourself including delivery costs, please allow up to 14 days for refund to show back in your account, although this is normally much faster. If it is too late to cancel your item (i.e. because it has already been shipped out) then you will need to return your item to us at your own cost. ​
  • I want to return or exchange an item
    Items can be returned, however they must be in their original sellable condition, within 30 days. Your return will not be accepted if it arrives to us after the 30 days. Customers are liable for any return shipping costs. Please include your original packing slip or a printed copy of your order confirmation email. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival and must be in a resellable condition in order for us to be able to provide a refund. For this reason we ask that you take great care when packaging the items for return, should the items be damaged in transit we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. If you do not have the original packaging that the order was sent in please use other appropriate protective packaging. We strongly advise that you ship returning parcels using a tracked courier service. If you wish to exchange for a different item the returning item must be received back to us within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be in its original condition for re-sale. Should the new item cost be greater than the original item cost you will be liable to pay the difference and the shipping cost of the new item. The customer is responsible for paying for the returning of the goods to us. We strongly advise that you ship returning parcels using a tracked courier service. ​ You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your return has been processed and your exchange shipped. The length of time for the new product to be dispatched will depend on what item it is, and how long it takes for us to hand-make. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the item.
  • I have received an incorrect item
    If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please inform us at info@thealchemistartshop.com within 14 days of receiving the incorrect item, we will then advise you on how to proceed with the refund or exchange any incorrect items.
